Although it sounds good, you can't do that. Because it could cause imbalance between servers.

Technically, you could. But don't expect it to happen on any online servers:D
You can do that with your own accounts from your server though:)

Technically you can speak to someone who plays on both servers and ask if you can transfer the funds through his/her characters. You fill their account on GC with some amount then log onto UK where they send the same amount to yours from their local character.
The amount is, of course, limited by the amount of the person you do it with. But I'm also not quite sure whether or not this is allowed.
