For the Umibozu to be good, it would need to perform better than average.
It doesn't. It's the most mediocre bomber ever, it's pretty much the only ship the KNF has that isn't good.

The SNAC is in the middle, which makes killing people easier then in most bombers..well at least for me.
Its a great ship, if you want to play as kusari lawful and you aren't into fighters, get it.

It is good bomber, used it on the KNF events- pretty normal ship if you are after a normal bomber without any weak points or any bonuses.
