Unable to ekill - Not Espi - 07-04-2011 anyone else is experiencing this issue? i think it has to do something with the touchpad scrolling, which is triggering the increase/decrease throttle speed. usually i solve it by disabling the touchpad and restarting fl, but sometimes i just need to fight without being able to ekill when i cant log restart fl fast. any suggestions on how to solve this? i was thinking to change the throttle controls to something not mouse-related, but it is a last resort. anyone else was experiencing this? how did you sort it out? Unable to ekill - AeternusDoleo - 07-04-2011 Reduce the touchpad sensitivity? Just a thought... if the ambient motion is below a threshold, the scroll action won't be triggered by the pad. Unable to ekill - SeaFalcon - 07-04-2011 Plug out some other USB stuff? Unable to ekill - Zahas - 07-04-2011 Had this "bug" too. The only way i could fix this it's to plug a mouse and disable the trackpad. Though you have to restart FL sadly. Try activate / deactivate trackpad while using alt tab. Unable to ekill - Mickk - 07-05-2011 The easiest way around it is to grab a good reliable laser mouse from somewhere and use that instead of the trackpad. I believe this has already been said. It works for me when I'm using my laptop, in fact I prefer to use a mouse over the trackpad in spite of the small amount of hassle involved in setting it up. |
