Primarily to provide passage rights of Omicron 74 to SELF| designated ships. It is not imperitive, but saves damage to our Drones. The radiation, from the alternate journey, to certain outdated Drones can become bothersome to their systems. To clarify, we ask for: Passage through Omicron-74 from Omicron-Theta, to Omicron Kappa. And Visa Versa. If you require some amount of Organic Necessity, or some other commodity, The Consensus would deliberate and, most likely, provide.

The Concensus has awaited a response, although this decision is relatively important to your Units, we request, once again, a hasty reply. The SELF does not wish any ill-emotions to arise between our Units and yours, so therefore all SELF Units no longer retain navigational knowledge of Omicron-74. This safety measure is to ensure that no Units of ours, intrude on grounds that have not been decided usable or otherwise.

What happens in any of the Units "re-discover" the anomaly and its coordinates? The Concensus monitors each Units information intake and thus will issue direct programming to leave the area. A sensor drone submitting the above message, on SELF frequencies, will be placed on a nearby Ice Body so that it does not alarm any travellers. As for Omicron Theta Anomaly to 74, that location will be erased, as stated. If, or when, passage is accepted or denied, the memory will be re-updated into our Unit's navigational memory.
Once again this passage would provide an exceptional "short-cut" and possible means of essential trade to either populations.
