Greetings,

I know we have treated you all with nothing but hostility. However, we decided that such actions were a mistake and would now like to try and make up for our errors by extended an olive branch to your group. However, first we must let you know that we are not willing to end to the reconstruction of the Junction Wreck. On the other hand, we have decided that we are willing to let your little group remain on Junction after the repairs are completed. However, there may be times that it is required to leave the station to allow for repairs, but we will try and keep these instances to a minimum and we will decide on a way to provide temporary housing for your people during these instances.

We currently wish to keep these negotiations from the rest of the Liberty Navy and other Liberty organizations so I am sending this transmission from my personal recon vessel from a hidden location in Kansas. I have uploaded my coordinates so you can return my transmission. However, any attempt to send ships to the location and I will flee and negotiation will be cut between us.

Greetings, Captain Gordon. I must say, this is a pleasant surprise indeed.

The rest of the Junction inhabitants and I have talked it over, and before we agree to this arrangement, we must ask what it is that you are going to be repairing and why it needs to be repaired. For the most part, we've restored the station, and it could physically support up to fifty people at present, though we don't currently have the oxygen or water supplies for such.

Once again, I thank you for realizing the prudence of the peaceful path.

Greetings Mr. Roberts,

Not to discredit your work as you have done a fine job for your resources, but we wish to completely rebuild and possibly improve upon the Junction Station. As we estimate that it could hold a much larger population then 50 people if it were to be completely rebuilt. Our original plans were to use Junction as our base of operations once it was rebuilt but we are open to the idea of also using it as a fully operational Freeport with a population base around 300 or more, depending on whether we upgrade the existing structure rather then just rebuilding it, which should be more than enough space for your group's needs and our need for a base of operations. I am sure that you would not be opposed to having Junction become fully operational again.

Apologies for the delayed reply, as this was a rather... difficult matter to discuss, given the wide range of opinions about what you propose.

Overall, we're rather supportive of the rebuilding that Corona Battlegroup wishes to do, and as long as you give us three days advance warning of any depressurization, we'll permit you full access to areas of Junction that we previously requested you not access.

If these terms are acceptable, we'll give you the full blueprints for the station as it was shortly after we began reconstruction on it. Though they are rather outdated, they should aid you when renovating the interior of the station, as that's mostly left intact.

Greetings Mr. Roberts,

We would like to bring up one more thing with your group, while we do wish to reconstruct most of the Junction wreck into a Freeport, we still plan on also using it as our base of operations and therefore wish to add a subsection to Junction that will be restricted to Corona Battlegroup researchers and personnel. We will try and keep most of our research on the labs we have rented on Ames so it will mainly be used as our HQ so it will not be a large portion of Junction. We hope you do not object to this and we are willing to work with you on the matter if you have any concerns.

As for the blueprints, if you are willing to give them to us we would gladly accept them as they would help speed up the construction process.
