So, I was in the Cash Cow, heading to Newark to fix my IC rep, and I get knocked out of the Fort Bush-Manhattan Trade Lane by a Rogue Gunboat. After a failed attempt to pirate me, I got this:
"//Well, no more attempts at Roleplay. Now it's gonna be '2 mil or die'."
In addition to being a spiteful, rude Grinch, this person, in my mind, is breaking the above rule. Is my interpretation here accurate?

I have met a few folks that think if you run and dont pay, you arnt roleplaying. Yes he broke a rule, doubt if its sanctionable.

I wouldn't say it's sanctionable, I'd just say he doesn't know how to handle it when the trader gets away... Tell em to suck it up and be on your way.:dry:
