Ipod 5 nano, get one new - it is cool player, I have also Ipod 6 nano but it is meh, the 5th is better.
Other cheaper option is to buy Sandisk Sansa for example and use the custom firmware from here:
http://www.rockbox.org/
this are the only vital options with this budget.

Creative Zen. I've had an 8gb Zen for the last 6 or so years, and it's never broken or frozen. Sound quality is perfect, and they go up to the 100s of gbs if you've really got so much music you struggle to fit it all in. You just plug it in and dump your music onto it, nothing needs installing and it doesn't require any software at all to work.

The most amazing thing about this MP3 player? The battery life. The battery on this thing can last hundreds of hours, I listen to mine for several hours a day, on 80% volume, and I only have to charge it once a month, sometimes once every two months.

It's also bulletproof, mine has been through the washing machine a dozen or so times.

thanks, but, unfortunately in my willage I dont have niether iProducts nor that die hard zen...
so I bought Walkman B 153, simple, works well, about sound...well its not easy to say, cause I have only two headphones, one from my dead (rest in peace my friend) se w902. and some old philips (ill upload image).
also I think that player is half of good sound, so, what can you also tell me about headphones (i like vacuum ones, which enters deep in ear, but will be glad to know about any other good devices)

Edit: philips she 9500

I'd recommend any of the zen range. They're indestructible.

I've still got an old zen stone, which has been stood on countless times and put in the washing machine twice (woops:P). It still works fine, battery life is still good.

I'd say don't get an ipod - they're shiny, but it means you are forced to use itunes, which is possibly the worst conceivable media player. Almost as bad a program as Norton.

The Samsung R1 I had... well it outperformed it's price in terms of features, but it was also pretty buggy.

Go with Koss. I had some and they worked pretty well before they were stolen.
