Greetings from the Cambridge Stellar Research!

We would like to request an Aquilon class zoner carrier, as our previous flagship is not able to attend the necessities of our research division.
It has to house the necessary research equipment, and it should have a decent docking bay for several small exploration ships. The only suitable vessel would be a carrier class ship, but you know it's not easy to get one as there is no civilian product. And the most neutral ship would be the zoner carrier, the Aquilon. If we make contact with the house governments they might allow us to take it into their space as the ship won't be used for military missions. We need a base for our operations as our work mostly leads us to places far from any trade lanes or civilian stations. Some of our missions might take us to a lot less hospitable places than Baffin and we need a vessel that can both carry our scientific equipment and harbor our smaller research vessels. If that is possible we would also like to register it as a research vessel in order to clearly mark it's purpose.

We would like to officially request the following:

Kallisti Cpt Roy Khan,

As this is a rather large and costly tech request all TAZ seniors will
need to discuss and vote on it's allowance to you and your research team.
This process could take some time and as such we humbly ask for your patience.

I have consulted with Malaclypse personally and he endorses your request.
However a few seniors need to have their say before we can start down the
trail of giving you access to this technology.

I would also like to make this clear here.
We dont generally give out Zoner Capital ships to just anybody.
Us allowing use of a battleship class vessel to a non-zoner is a rare occurence
and as such requires the requester to respect and understand the gravity of
the responsibility in owning one of these ships, especially a non-zoner.

I have a feeling you know this already, but I would be negligent if I didnt bring
it up in this instance.

Dear Xavier,

I can understand this perfectly, and I don't want to rush you by any chance.

Currently we have a job in Pennsylvania system. I hope we can finish this quickly and go back to Shasta station, if you may wish to meet with us personally to discuss important matters. Of course I can answer here as well, if it's needed.

As for the vessel itself, I can only assure you that it will not be used for military missions, the weapons requested are only for defense against pirates and alien vessels.
