Regarding the conversation we had around Manhattan the other day, I've compiled some of the recorded data which I spoke of, which I'm sending you now. We both had other business to take care of which meant I couldn't hand this over in person.

Anyway. I digress.

As I explained earlier, it seems that the naval research organisation the Corona Battlegroup have issued work contracts with what you and I both identify as the pirate clan The Outer Project. Running over the saved data I have concluded a few points.

'¢ The Outer Project currently bases out of a salvaged barge-class superfreighter which my sources indicate is in hiding somewhere in the Kansas system.

'¢ The Outer Project have ties to the Corona Battlegroup as indicated by the T.O.P. leader which, at this point in time, seem to include transportation of possibly dubious commodities. How deep their connection extends I am unable to discern at this time however I will keep digging.

'¢ Corona Battlegroup is planning on either rebuilding the Junction Wreck -or- constructing a new base in its' current location. The term "freeport" was thrown around during questioning however I wonder about the legitimacy of this claim.

'¢ "Big Joe" himself boasted breaking into a BowEx convoy and stealing a sum of gold ore from it within recent history. Whether this itself is true or not would need to be investigated however it should go without saying that the C.B. - A Naval organisation - are willingly working with these established unlawfuls.

'¢ The T.O.P claims to have a plethora of "unmarked" vessels used for smuggling contraband. Like most else I heard during the interview, it could be excused as baseless bragging and/or ego stroking however it may still merit investigation and still furthers the current stance of the T.O.P as pirates.

'¢ I was offered assassination services during the interview. This would indicate that members of T.O.P are involved in illegal acts including murder.

This is most of the information I'm able to collect from the data I possess. Unfortunately it seems parts of it have been lost from the computer of the Devil's Proxy. The on-board electronics had a heart attack mid-flight, requiring us to go collect the ship from space. Nonetheless I believe this information to be of use to you.

Included with this message is what I was able to recover from the black box of my drone. It's not in any semblance of order, so you'll have to forgive me.

It should go without saying that anything incriminating I spoke of during this recording was purely for the purposes of leading "Joe" on to get the desired responses.
