So, I was gone for three days; a nice spontaneous trip to Poland.
And when I came back, turned on my PC, and logged onto the forums, I was greeted by the news that /givecash and /drawcash had been screwed over. But, I couldn't really find out what had happened. In fact, the only tidbits of information I did find were located in the raegthread.
So, could someone tell me what exactly happened?

Someone cheated and in total 300 billions were brought to Sirius economy.
Cannon made some changes which sadly introduced risk (10-20%) to lose the money transfer/draw.
People raged. Cannon disabled those alltogether.
People raged. Canno turned them back.
People are stil raging a bit.

I second this. I can't find enough info on the forums to piece together what actually the deal is. I asked on Skype and Gheis said this:

And according to Daedric / Gheis, there's a 10-20% chance of the money not reaching it's destination?

just use the old method of transferring cash. Angels are happy to help with that.

I did not said it is back to normal. THere is still 10-20% of risk.

As for bunters and such... you can RP going to you employer's office or something to collect the cash. Put it down to a banking crisis or something.
Also, blame IND ^^
Old method: trade using the tradescreen to a trusted friend, then they trade it back to your desired character.
