To you, I, King Charles XI, Sovereign and King of Gallia, order a complete withdrawal of your forces from the Tau systems.
All vessels that do not formally retreat from my advancing fleets will be treated as enemy combatants and dispatched as such. All installations within the Taus will be evacuated and all stationed warships will be withdrawn.
