And one more question:can outcasts dock on nomad bases?cuz they are neutral to them
and how can i get neutral with nomads?

http://discoverygc.com/wiki/index.php/Liquid_Cardamine should help. It's only available on Nomad bases. The only way for a non Nomad/Wilde to acquire it is to get it from a Nomad/Wilde somehow. Outcasts can not dock on Nomad bases. You can not get neutral with nomads other than by joining them or Das Wilde for the most part;)

There is actually a fair bit around, some Keepers fly around with it, it gets used for events and such, so I bet if you posted a "paying x million for y units" in the open market section you'd get some hits.

[color=#FFFFFF]Purest form of Cardamine, if you are not an Outcast it kills you instantly, if you are an Outcast it still kills you. Only minature quantities can be used to get high but that's like for the elite of the elite 'cuz it's expensive as hell, besides the chances are you ain't gonna survive it anyway. What everyone else said. If you have it, you can't use it like cardamine.
It's nothiing you really need and trading with it isn't profitable anyways ( I think ).
