Chief of Police (1); The leader of all LPI officers. He is authorized to fly any faction allowed ship and control the LPL Alcatraz.
Deputy Chief of Police (2); The two deputies of the Chief of Police, who speak for the Chief when he is not present and may overrule the Inspectors. They are authorized to fly any faction allowed ship and control the LPL Alcatraz.
Commander (4); The head of a single systems LPI department. Has authority over all lower ranking officers, though will generally only operate in their own system. They are authorized to fly all snub ships and maintain a local bursar and prison ship as a prison liner.
Captain (4); The head of a single LPI precinct assisting their systems Commander. Has authority over all lower ranking officers, though will generally only operate in their own system. They are authorized to fly Patriots and Liberators and maintain a armoured transport as a paddywagon.
Sergeant (13); Low ranking officers who supervise the Corporals and Officers. Has authority over all lower ranking officers, though they will generally only operate in their own system. They are authorized to fly Patriots and Liberators and are also eligible for membership of the Special Weapons Assault Team.
Corporal (Unlimited); The assistants of a Sergeant, and the lowest supervisory rank in the LPI. Has authority over all lower ranking officers, though they will generally only operate in their own system. They are authorized to fly Patriots and Liberators.
Officer (Unlimited); The regular ranks of the LPI, with no supervisory authority or power. They will generally operate only in their own system. They are only authorized to fly Patriots.

Well conceived and presented, as befits your performance so far.
I will assume that as you have listed four Commanders, you will have jurisdiction in all four House systems.
A suggestion:
You might want to consider Sophie's famous Golden Apple pies on your menu.
