I tried on several occasions with my miner when i fallen into trouble to RP my way out of it, i was unsuccessful every single time even when i had perfectly good RP reason why someone should let me go, it makes me wonder if it is even worth the trouble, only thing i get is RP explanation why my RP reason is invalid and then pew pew pew, maybe i should follow an example of some traders i heard about and just say "kill me and be done with it" it seems there is no point doing anything else.

Exactly my point, you can always make up a reason to shoot someone, so why bother with RP?

Sorry, but Korny is right. Yes, you have a reason, but so soea the other side. Plus, its usually RP that causes them to pewpew aometimes.
While I'm sure some pirates would be happy to let you go, some don't give a damn, all they want is that blue message.

I'm pretty sure this is the BMM miner I just killed in Gallia trying to take ship hull panels out.
If you confirm that you were that miner I'll explain why I did kill you. I was fighting a BHG gunboat who loved using missiles so couldn't continue the discussion you tried to initiate.

You are simply not considering that other player roleplays differently.
If your roleplay does not grant you the results you expected, doesn't mean there no roleplay or it does not matter to others.
It means you're simply inconsiderate.

you are right, but that is not the only reason, once pirate stopped me with empty cargo hold and asked 2 mil. i said " my cargo hold is empty, i have nothing to protect, i can give you 1 mil or you can go without a penny" guess which option he chose.
