Tried to find RP backround etc. but search("GMS Osiris"; "GMS Ossie") didnt help.
Also saw a screen of a GMS ossie somewhere but cant find it anymore.
anyone knows more?

Do not see a logical reason why they should have Osirises. Sairs cannot grant them, because they are still Order tech. And to my knowledge Order never had any RP or any other stuff with GMS to do.

It was put on there as a joke, the admins knew at the time it was a joke.
However, after a few new leaders were added into the bunch, they saw that and thought "Hmm, maybe we can get away with it, even if we can't it'd still be pretty 'lulzy'".
That's about the gist of it, the Admins took it away after finding out, and the faction writeup has since been edited to reflect that they don't get nice toys (Osiris's) anymore.

Small note: actually 'sairs can grant the Osiris. Both corsair and Order hold the "copyrights" for that ship

There was nothing to support GMS having the Osiris save for that line in the faction post at time of faction approval, which is why it was Bastilled. GMS Faction feedback saw the results last week.
The final verdict was that if there was sufficient RP to support having the ship, GMS could keep it. otherwise, it'd stay in its cozy cell.
Although Vito's right, Corsairs can also grant the Ossie. While GMS and the Corsair Empire have had contact, it's nowhere near sufficient enough to warrant granting a battleship. At least not from my perspective.

1. There should never be RP that allows the order's most significant technological "development" to fall into the hands of a corporation that is based literally as far as it could possible be from order controlled (and also the sairs) space.
2. As if there are not waaaaayyyyyyyyyyy too many ossies already. Anything that encourages more ossies should be scrapped.

Furthermore, the real reason the GMS had that ship was to initiate a scenario which would terminate with Zelot being driven into such a rage that he left a chat.
