IMHO yes, cause is sold on colorado. maybe a captured ship. I'm interested to your opinion about rp (cause it's obvious that rule permits).
I've never see one on fly.
This very little "tube" with only two guns intrigue me...

Yes you can; I guess the reason, why you don't see arrows in general too often, is that not a lot of people actualy fly it.

XA allow the use of the Arrow in limited numbers. No reason any other Xeno Id'd player couldn't have one.

Yeah! Post I've used gargantuan ships, now I've a lot of fun with tiny... Well... maybe that arrow with a decent armor upgrade... (of course is only a RP ship...)
For example, the basalt has excellent potential as fighter and I've fun play...

But yea, why not? Civvy ship, open market. Requires psychotic pilots according to the infocard, so Xenos fits.

I think that should be no problem. I know about one Arrow flying rarely around in Minor as an Order. If the Order can then the Xenos can too I guess.
