The guns... Hunt Outcasts in the Tau region and omicron alpha. You can claim up to 10 dead outcasts (Unless you have urge to kill more of them) - 4 Bastard Culverin II.
The terms of which the technology will be used once it's gained:
1) The Technology won't be used against Council and it's Allies but for self-defense
2) In case any of the terms stated in point #1 ill be broken - the technology will proceed automatically to a core melt down, issuing it's destruction (//The tech will be revoked)
