I returned from Baffin to Omega-49 on the my Zoner Whale. In Leeds I met one Kusari military. That incident happened.

Hmm seems to me that you met an over zealous Kusari officer that did not like you travelling from Kusari to Bretonia.
As you never paid the fines levelled against you, he killed you.
My advice is listen to navy officers and at least fake compliance.
If you have any problems with him, make a complaint to the KNF for action.

How does KNF charge you passage fee in Leeds, is beyond me. Especially for hauling Pineals.

Thank you my friend. Next time I will follow your advice mandatory.
I respect the laws of Bretonia and Kusari. If my actions violate him, I am ready to pay for Transport license through Tau if that is necessary for Zoner.

I guess that would be up to the local KNF officer, this one was an indy and I would actually support his take on events, of course I would probably kill him too.

On the one hand it's risky taking a neutral ship in a warzone... so the Zoner really has little to Q_Q about. Much safer to go through Coronado and Cortez if you're headed for Omega 49.
On the other hand, lawful vessels engaging in piracy as well now, is kinda against their ID. Technically, that was a 6.10 violation and can be reported as such, since Pineals aren't a restricted commodity, and Zoners aren't at war with Kusari. If you want to engage in piracy as well, use a Hogosha.

his route was Baffin, Tau-29, Tau-31, Leeds.
He has not violated Kusarian law, as he was not exporting anything to the Taus. He was not even in Kusari space.

No matter how you slice it, you'll end up in Bretonia as you try making your way to Dubin to get to 49.
Of course, there's the RREAL long way of going through the Omegas to get there.
But then, why would a house military care?
