Guys i want to ask you that i am right or wrong in this case?
I was flying my barge earlier and spend 3 hours or more to full it with colbot ore and when finaly i was going to drop it ,and reached at bonn station in New berlin i saw a Rehinwher cruiser comming my way from stuttgart and when i was taking lane he disrupt it and said the cargo i m holding is not premitted in rehinland i then go to wiki and checked that the colbot ore is legal to carry every where and the interspace ID is also Sirus wide. Then i go to game and ask him that all things are ok then why is he stopping me?
He replied that drop the cargo ,i said why should i ? I am legal in every manner to trade this ,he replied wrong answer and open fire at me ,i was shocked what is he doing and i close the game,because i dont like to waste my 4 or more hours hardwork without any reason!
i dont know what to do in this case he shoot at me without any RP reason ,and i am very angry on this ,you all know what i am thinking to do.
Who is on right and who is on wrong?
Give me advise what i should need to do now ?

You should read house laws.
Interspace Commerce has heavy restrictions in Rheinland and NO, I will repeat, NO ore is allowed to be shipped while in Rheinland.

hmmm sorry i dont even know about these rules you give me link of.
I just check wiki that time. And a rehinwher officer told me that trade between Rehinwher With IC id is ok.

IC ID is OK in Rheinland. Breaking laws with IC ID is NOT OK.

Conclusion: both of you took actions that were 'wrong', but for different reasons. His attacked was motivated by you breaking Rheinland law, but he broke server rules by attacking you with a Cruiser.

The Rheinland Cruiser DIDN'T do everything right. It is NOT allowed to attack you according to the server rules.
You are NOT allowed to leave the game in space during a player interaction, you did and therefore broke the server rules.
