Here is my first entry:

There is few shadows to fix that are bit out of place, but to tired atm to fix them, gonna do it for final version of course if you decide to take it.
I used same char pic, just found better angle/quality to work with.

About money, I usually charge 40-50 mils, but if you can't afford that much, then you sent how much you think it's worth or how much you can. :)
