This is a formal inquiry about the events that happened outside the Cardiff Mining Facility in Cambridge system at 27th October 819 A.S. Naturally, this message is public as every Bretonian citizen has the right to know. A dreadnought class vessel named MNS-Razorspine and belonging to the criminal entity, publically known as Outcasts breached Cardiff's perimeter at 1600 hours followed by an unidentified alien vessel which was akwardly greeted afterwards by the dreadnought's captain. While the 2 Cardiff defence pilots questioned the captain, the Dreanought opened fire which was replied by the 2 Cardiff pilots and one Ensign who was belonging to the primary fleet. Several minutes afterwards, the Ensign disengaged, probably because he received an order by his superior, thus effectivelly ending the fight and making the Cardiff defenders retreat closer to station. Afterwards, that superior named Commodore John Clay arrived and intensely interrogated and accused the Cardiff defence pilot, James Berry while in the evidence I already provided you the moment that the fight started Mr Berry didn't do such thing and even more Commodore wasn't even present during the incident! The Commodore completely ignored the foreign capital vessel and while he was questioned several times if this vessel is allowed in Bretonia, he didn't answer. Before the interrogation was over, the Outcast criminal captain even gave a word of advice to the Commodore, suggesting him to remove the defences from Cardiff and then the Commodore warned that poor Bretonian citizen that he will find problems with the Crown. Complete log of the interrogation: [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] So on behalf of the Bretonian public, I am asking you, Minister. ► Since when Outcast Dreadnought captains advise high ranked members of your Armed Forces to remove the defences from our own stations? ► Since when Bretonian citizens are being falsely accused of crimes they never commited and are terrorized that they will find problems with the Crown? ► Since when an Outcast Dreadnought is being ignored while it ventures inside our House Space and gains immunity of even being questioned by your Commodore? ► Since when in Bretonian Law does it state that Outcast Dreadnoughts are being excempt by the capital ship restrictions? Do we really have law enforcement inside Bretonian territory or Outcasts took over our House defences against Corsairs? Your government is losing control over the Armed Forces, relying on foreign dreadnoughts to man up our House defences, while it initiates short conflicts with Rheinland. However, my duty as a Bretonian citizen demands me to pause here and not continue as it would be even worse if we are not united. The Razorspine is not documented as having violated any laws of Bretonia, and the Ensign in that situation acted without orders. Commodore Clay acted appropriately and with full knowledge of the situation and all facts related to it. In accordance with hundreds of years of military and governmental policy, which you should be observing as well, we do not share military information publicly unless authorized by a high-ranking officer or governmental official such as the Minister of Defense. I do not see sufficient reason to release this information in the current situation. You can be briefed on this information privately, in accordance with protocol, and under confidentiality restrictions that prevent the sharing of information by yourself to third parties without permission from a military command officer or governmental military official. That you should try to use this situation, and your privileged position to demand the publication of information that could jeopardize the safety and security of our military and intelligence personnel, I find particularly distasteful.
