They are usually at an advantage there. Essex No Fly Zone: 1. All hedgemon class mining vessels are banned from docking on the Battleship Essex except in emergencies that would result in direct damage to the mining vessel. Fighter craft are encouraged not to linger, but no action will be taken under normal conditions. 2. All transport and miners are to maintain a distance of three Kilometers (3 K) from the Essex. Punitive actions for failing to follow these directives will result in any of the following actions. 1. Warning. This should proceed all other punitive actions. 2. A fine of no less or more then two million credits. 3. Arrest, or other measures should they be needed. Dublin is under martial law, and further directives may follow if necessary. Combat/assistance priorities: Priority 1 : Always, without delay, assist other BAF, BPA, and other allies in combat who require assistance, but do not overkill, either. Obviously RL takes precedence, but advise others when it does. Priority 2 : Stop Pirates from pirating in Bretonian space. Priority 3 : Stop Smuggling, particularly in Leeds (be mindful of ID restrictions in other systems) Priority 4 : Combat Training in Salisbury, or patrol home systems, or help new players with rep, as needed.
