Hola Admiral Garrison *Alonso salutes*. I suppose I must clarify this situation. Senorita Mitsuko Lin isn't a Chrisantemum visiting Malta. She is a Liaison Officer of the Warriors of Light, [WoL] and as such she is in active service of Maltese Nation.
