Okay, here's my webcomic list for you, then. Some of these update daily - some every other day. And I won't post the links to the adult ones I read. Merceneiress There are a few more on my list - Genocide Man, Rod & Barry, Nukees ... but this should be enough comic goodness to last you a few minutes. But in the interest of even exchange, here's some of what I partake in. I have no idea whether or not you'll enjoy them, but I've found these to be keepers: xkcd Questionable Content Surviving the World Buttersafe Brawl in the Family Virtual Shackles Darths and Droids Awkward Zombie Comics for Gheis - Torch Rose - 12-21-2011 My friend is starting to make some web comics starring our group of friends that he draws by hand. Darths and Droids is WAY too funny. And you know what's worse? It's way too TRUE! Comics for Gheis - Echo 7-7 - 12-22-2011 ' Wrote:Darths and Droids is WAY too funny. And you know what's worse? It's way too TRUE! Just started reading it. Is good. Comics for Gheis - Agmen of Eladesor - 12-22-2011 Commentary from page 347 of Darths and Droids: Quote:There comes a time in every new gamer's experience when they realise that things have gone horribly wrong*. Dealing with this is all part of the process of maturing as a gamer. Of course, it's a bit difficult when you're actually not a mature adult to begin with. This is SO friggning true it's not funny. The first (and ONLY time) we ever played Call of Cthulhu the game scared us so badly that our gaming group voted to NEVER play that game again. Granted, we were playing in the 10th floor stairwell with very poor lighting and it was the middle of winter so it was cold, with a blowing wind - which REALLY set the whole mood for that game session right from the beginning. But seriously - we only played for 2 1/2 hours (which was a record for the shortest gaming session we EVER had) and called it. This, from the same D&D group that would start playing Friday night after classes and finish up sometime Sunday morning - our usual sessions lasted, as a minimum, 12 hours - and one time we played non-stop (due to Spring Break) for 84 straight hours. Traveller, Twilight 2000, AD&D, that spy game that I can't think of right now - we played all of those. Not Call of Cthulhu... |
