The big problem with this image is that the lady appears to have a hole in the skull, instead of her left eye. Looks weird, as is poorly photoshoped or she is actually missing an eye.

just looked at it again and DEAD SPACE came in my mind:)She is alraedy infected, missing an eye and the CCTV camera of the station kind of caught her looking into it...:)
