I will be brief. Luke McCloud (Luke.McCloud), a Rogue, has removed, in a sole encounter, an astonishing $10 million from my account in a flagrant act of overzealous piracy. I do not consider myself a vengeful individual and have, in fact, been on fair terms with the Rogues in the past. But this is simply going too far.

Therefore, I believe a...learning experience is in order. I do not want Luke killed at first, but rather, I want him to return what he has stolen. Retrieve the $10 million from him by whatever means you find suitable, and it is yours to keep. On top of this, I will pay out another $10 million after confirmation that my former funds have been retrieved. Yet another $10 million is yours if he is destroyed after this act.

Naturally, I want him to know whom he is dealing with. I would therefore be appreciative if you would mention my name (Walter Stryker), or the name of my ship (The Greycliffe), during the course of your engagement.

I am not choosy when it comes to the hired help. So long as you can attack a sole Rogue without repercussion, you are free to participate. I must make it clear, however, that I can only afford a single kill and will thus be operating on a first-come, first-served basis.

As a final caveat, if you are only able to destroy him without regaining the funds, then I will still pay a good $15 million. This is further open for negotiation.

Allow me to thank you for your interest in this bounty, I look forward to seeing what results you can provide. I am afraid, however, that, due to the intensity of the situation, I failed to note the specific class of Mr. McCloud's vessel. I am reasonably certain it was one of the heavy Rogue fighters, or perhaps a bomber.

I do know, on the other hand, that he frequently travels with several companions, one in, of all things, a Kusari Geisha yacht; another in a Stiletto or Sabre class vessel; and yet another in a Mule class Rogue transport. Though this is more your area of expertise, I would highly recommend that you bring backup or attempt to catch him alone and unguarded.

I also know that he does not limit himself to Liberty space. I have encountered him once before in Leeds with said companions. My long-range scanners indicated that he went as far as Dublin after our encounter.

My apologies for the lack of information, I hope it is not too detrimental to your hunt. I will set several of my associates to searching out Mr. McCloud and determining his exact type of vessel.

Ah, at last, the villain himself. Mr. McCloud, I welcome your input. It is advantageous to know that you no longer sport a Rogue transponder or vessel, though I must shake the proverbial finger at you for lying about your range of activity. You do not recall? We met before the time in Liberty. What I have previously stated about finding you in Bretonia is true. Not to mention the fact that my associates have seen your comrades (Rogue and otherwise) as far away as New Berlin.

It is even more advantageous that you should speak of our encounter. Now you will see, ladies and gentlemen, the true face of this pirate. Where I was previously content to leave the specifics of the crime untouched, I will now reveal all.

As you may have determined, the Greycliffe, my vessel, is an Enterprise-class Luxury Liner. With the recent invasion into Bretonia by Gallic forces, I have obtained leave from Orbital Spa and Cruise to carry as many refugees as I see fit out of the warzone. Two thousand benighted souls resided in my ship at the time of Mr. McClouds interception. To be fair, I should have been more guarded and seen him coming. My distraction nearly cost those people their lives.

You see, it was Mr. McCloud's intention (or so he told me) to take those poor refugees into custody. Where I would have set them up with a decent sum of money and a job on Planet Erie or, perhaps, aboard my ship, he would have sold them into torturous slavery on Planet Malta.

Fortunately, his avarice was his undoing for he preferred an immediate payout rather than the arduous journey into Outcast space. So it was that I gave ten million for the sake of saving two thousand women and children.

And now you know the real reason why I desire to see Mr. McCloud suffer. Such callous disregard for Human life cannot be tolerated. By killing him, my good Bounty Hunters and Freelancers, you potentially save thousands of others.

But I digress. Mr. McCloud, respond if you must, but devolve into anything less than civil and I will request that your transponder be blocked from this channel.

It would appear that Mr. McCloud has gone to ground and it may be some time before he makes an appearance again. I am a very patient man, however, and as long as you all are willing to keep an eye out for him, I am willing to keep this bounty open and available. That said, I do have things that require my attention and this issue has taken a lower priority.

I will check in every now and again to ensure that this bounty is not entirely forgotten. Otherwise, ladies and gentlemen, I wish you all the best of luck. Bring this murderer to justice.
