In Leeds. Are there any? I haven't found them on the two battleships. There used to be missions vs. Kusari when they were pushing into Leeds, why aren't there any vs. Gallics?

If there aren't any in Leeds, go to Battleship Stirling in Dundee. There are missions against the GRN from 100k up to 900k.

BAF missions vs. Gallics - jammi - 01-05-2012
I got some missions against the GRN from the BS at the Edinburgh gate - forgotten what it's called. It spawned a mission waypoint in the LD-14 field, and netted me 100k for killing 2 VHFs. Not complaining, I guess.

On a completely unrelated note, it's really annoying that BAF Guard rep still needs to be maxed to get a Privateer ID...
