Though uhm, Raving is pretty much legal most everywhere now. Er, well i suppose now it wouldn't be considered raving.. But the only illegal part is what you DO there. :crazy:

Not the Tekno parties he's referring to... in abandoned warehouses/tunnels/caves, you'd need to know people who know people who know the people that where organising it and had to find out where the hell the party actually is.
If the cops showed up they'd bring a crate of handcuffs and the riot squad....
