Not sure if it's an un-documented feature or a bug, but when I e-kill in my BS the velocity does not slowly reduce like it does in my snubs, gunboats or dessie. I can drift forever! Well, until I hit something...
Maybe I just noticed it now and it was always like this?
*EDIT* It seems it does bleed off speed in E-Kill. Just VERY slowly. About 1 increment of speed (From 349 to 348) every 40 seconds.
