Good day,
It has come to my attention, from an unknown source, that there seems to be a rather large secret held in New York. The Area you designate as "Zone 21". It has always been an interest to find out what is held behind the gate you can see behind the mines. It also occurred to me that I would never had a chance to see it. So, I came up with a plan. It is, well, unthinkable, but it might work.
So, here it is.
The Liberty Police Inc. would like to purchase the Area designated "Zone 21" from the Liberty Navy.
Bold I know, but this would ensure the Liberty Police Inc.'s as Liberty's soul protector whilst the Liberty Navy can be off defending our borders.

It shall be named "Orbital Resort Caribbean" and will feature biodomes that shall mimic beaches and ski resorts.
