Update from Dev Central, since there seems to be some confusion about this by some people: The Bayonet, Falchion and Broadsword are BORDERWORLDS ships, not Hacker ones. A lot of factions can pick these up and use them if they prefer these over the standard Borderworlds line. Anyone unable to fetch these from the Hacker bases can pick em up at the Heisenberg freelancer base in Koeln.

They were still set to be recognized as Hacker tech by the technology balancing plugin - this will be fixed soon, if it isn't already. The Hacker Gunship is of course a true Hacker vessel, and the only ship in the mod that is so.
