My understanding of the rumors and inforcards is they are still hostile but I don't see them on the Bretonian bounty board so .... what's up?

The Gaians probably aren't a big enough threat to warrant being placed on the bounty board. Plus, I believe some intellectuals on Planet Cambridge actually sympathize with their ideals, although probably not their methods.
