As the title states phantom NPC's are dropping Nomad energy blasters/cannons.
As the only open ID that can use them is the order its not really a problem, just letting you know in-case it was unintended.

It was actually posted a couple weeks ago. It is not a bug. The drops are pretty rare though. I killed about 100 to get 4 guns. I am loving them dropping mines though. 6K a pop really helps my fighters cash wise.
