Cap missions in Eta are good because they give GMG some nice targets to use their bombers against. Has been great fun whenever it happened.

Liberty lawful stations can give missions against Rogue gunboats.
Xenos in Kepler/Hudson, Sairs and Gamma, Outcast in Alpha have missions against BHG destroyers,
Might be more, but I'm not sure

GMG aren't supposed to go to Eta.
Also you have cap-missions (each dropping 1 mil in credit cards) in Eta. So you have to kill something like 4-12 Ossies and make lotsa money while doing it.
