I suggest either getting FLStat or getting ingame and have a look. As long as the infocards still say it you can't touch them. Whether it might get removed or not with the next update is an entirely different story.

Nomad Blasters and Cannons aren't pure Nomad tech. Consider them as a hybrids made by Order in some experiment or something. Those aren't even sold on Nomad bases.
