Sometimes is just freakin' annoying how the server lags, stucks etc.
Just a bit ago we saw it again. Me and a few friends hat the same problem.
We were in totally different parts of Sirius + we're from different countrys.
from one minute to the other - everything is laggy.
speeddock not possible, TL/Gate docking sometimes possible - even with autopilot
Sometimes it stops after a few minutes, but sometimes it is just a pain.
What about a vote command to restart the server
for example
first person:
/serverrestart
all others get a green message that a vote is running and that they can answer with:
/serverrestart yes/no
when reaching 50% the console sends some RP excuse about the restart (Ionstorm)
and a 2-3 minute timer.
and to make sure it dun gets spammed. limit it to one vote per 15-20 minutes

The server load has hardly been over 130 msecs for the last few hours, so I have no idea what your problem
is. This is also probably the worse idea I have seen for a while.

The data center had network issues about 8 hours ago, it possible that the emergency fixes they applied are causing lag for some people.

but it wasnt the first day we had this.
about the abuse. i doubt you get a restartvote through (50% yes votes) if only a raid/def-group wants to troll.
the vote would be done by every player (no answer to the vote is a no)
so i hardly doubt you get the 50% if you want to troll.
and "start another one" is not that easy as well.
the delay of 15-20 minutes wasnt meant "per player"
I wanted to say "one vote for the whole server every 15-20 minutes"
That also prevents abuse. a group of players cant start another vote faster started by another player.
