**It seems we continue a strange circle, and again we begin again**
**In the past 48 hours, the Grande Guillotine has been towed into orbit around Planet Toulouse in Roussillon, and it is with a heavy heart I must say that our vessel was sabotaged...No one has come forward to admit such, and I shall state they better stay onto as such**
**I am therefore requesting permission to allow clearance of the Les Libertonian company, Deep Space Engineering, to be allowed clearance into entering Roussillon to transport repair teams and materials to begin repairs and system overhauls**
**Onto that note, we are also asking clearance to continue operations with the Grande Guillotine...You may find thies strange, but I believe it is a step to help continue our mutual agreements onto the future**
**On a Secondary note, we are also still requesting the clearance of the vessels La.Gloire and Triomphante**

So you need the DSE for your repairs on the Grande Guillotine in the Roussillon system, that part is understandable. However, I can't allow it unless I hear more details about the vessels that are going to approach Roussillon. Numbers, ship types, equipment, I take you understand what I mean. As soon as I have these information, I can decide whether it is worth the risk and time put into this repair 'operation'.
Concerning your note about these cruisers. I sadly do not have any information regarding their current status, but I will inform Colonel Anton Simard, who is responsible for them, to give you the information you require.
