To: Planetform - Fletcher - 03-04-2012 To: Planetform Incorporated From: Josef Heilburger Subject: Research data required for project ![]() Good day; representatives of Planetform Inc. My name is Josef Heilburger and I am in need of some research data of hydroponics on harsh terrain and terraformed planets. While normal hydroponics techniques would normally be beneficial and substantial under normal circumstances, I am performing an agricultural project in regards to hostile terrain and how to convert it into workable land. I come to you, Planetform, since you are the leading experts in this matter, despite my many years as a hands on farmer, I only worked with good conditions unlike yourselves. I also require any information you can provide for specific fertilizers that can work in soil of a high acidic content, or better yet, draw nutrients from said soil if possible. Anything to turn the land into food producing land. I hope you are willing to share this information in the name of science, and progress for humanity. Yours faithfully, Josef Heilburger. Good day to you Mr Heilburger,Your name certainly rings a bell, but I'm rather afraid I can't place you - the University of Stuttgart, perhaps? In any case, I can confirm that Planetform does have the expertise and materials to aid you in your endeavour. However, I must stress that we are not a charity inclined to altruistic handouts. We are a business that is forced to adhere to a bottom line. If we didn't, our terraforming projects would collapse and humanity as a whole would suffer for it. We cannot share such information freely at this moment in time, due to professional confidentiality. Despite this, there is always a third option after "acceptance" and "refusal". If you wish to restore a planet's ecological biosphere to the point where mainstream agriculture is viable, we can certainly do that. Just give us the project's details, and we'll forward them to accounting for appraisal and pricing. Regards, Donna Jacobson Terraforming consultant Planetform Incorporated ::MESSAGE PLAYBACK ENDS::
To: Planetform - Fletcher - 03-05-2012 To: Donna Jacobson From: Josef Heilburger Subject: RE: Research data required for project ![]() I thank you for your response Miss Jacobson, it is true I was a member of the Stuttgart University of Agriculture, but that was only for a small number of years before I moved onto the Stuttgart University of Medicine and Biology. I understand that this information may not come free, or cheap for that matter, but I am willing to pay the fee required for me to acquire this patented information. This project however is to be kept in the private hands of myself where I prototype hydroponics in an enclosed biodome environment with low water supplies, practically speaking. Growing crops in an arid environment. This is not a very large project, but any information that can aid in this endeavour would be appreciated. Yours faithfully, Josef Heilburger. |
