First, let me congratulate you on your recent promotion. It saddens me that Senor Garrison stepped down, but he probably had his reasons.

Ah, but let me not drag this out further. My name is Darth Sidious, and i am the base commander of Cape Wrath in Newcastle, Bretonia.

I was issued command of said base back when Doc Jameson was the administrator. Following common courtesy i contacted Senor Garrison too, once he overtook leadership, and now, your the leader.
Since i haven't been back at Malta for ages, i can only apologize for not meeting you in person. But things down here is, difficult, to say the least. So iv'e been in no position to leave my office for the past weeks, even worse is, i were just recently told of your promotion.

Since you are the new administrator, it is but my duty to ask, if you wish me to further keep my command of Cape Wrath.
As always i pledge to do my best in keeping the interests of the Maltese Nation in highest regard, and always ensure the safety of our people above everything else.
