Officers, there is a certain incident that came to our attention. It took place at March, 14 and while that time some kind of luck had saved you from unforeseen consequences and human casualties, it's something that should not happen at all and will not be tolerated in future. The Order agent flying a "Sekhmet" class bomber, capable of taking down a civilian transport in matter of minutes, had been spotted on the Planet Manhattan orbit. I guess I should attach this log to remind you of circumstances. Quote:[14.03.2012 19:57:59] 41st|LNS-Hell_Khan: Horus - Hello What are you upto today? I'm full of curiosity in which situation had the Task Force lost its top ranked officer and what is his current location. I'm also out of ideas regarding why hadn't such an event been reported to the Liberty Navy Admirality. The loss of a "Fleet Admiral" to a dangerous terrorist group, utilizing replicas of alien technology and continuing to kidnap and murder Liberty officials, endangers the whole course of our operations in Alaska and reconnaissance in lower Omicrons. I expect the detailed report on the matter in the matter of two days. Additionally, I question the actions of Task Force officers who had not only allowed presence of a terrorist on the orbit of most populous planet of Liberty and its administrative center, but took no actions to rescue the said Task Force Commander. Finally, I may voice the curiosity regarding this statement as it displays total incompetence of your officers in the area they are operating in. I expect you to inform me about what's wrong in the following recording. ![]() Forty eight hours are the deadline for your report, Officers. As for the rest our Fleet Commander was not in danger. That was another Fleet Commander, which was offered sanctuary until medical crews arrived. He suffered only minor injuries so he is okay now, and back in his new ship.
As for our Fleet Commander, he was not in New York space, but away to Kusari space, meeting a fellow agent who is working there. As for your information, the Order agent was off duty, bringing the injured Fleet Commander to any Navy officer, which he didn't encounter in his travels. Your information about his ship is correct, his ship can destroy a transport in matter of minutes, even less. But as i said before, he was OFF DUTY. As for our officer, i have no reply on that. Lt. Aleesha Cooper, i was not informed about this event in time. Thank You for your informations. This won't happen again. Admiral Gotti, out. >>>Transmission end>>> To: 41st Liberty Navy Task Force - sadtranslation - 03-18-2012 ![]() Lieutenant Aleesha Cooper to: 41st Liberty Navy Task Force Topic: Re: Total Incompetence. Glad to get the answer in time, Admiral. While the explanation seems to be partially valid and we won't question the foreign activities of 41st Task Force officials if said activities are performed in limits of diplomatic protocol, I'm unsure regarding the whole nature of the Order agent's presence there. What does a terrorist doing in a military ship armed with superior technology on the orbit of our capital in the middle of the day if he's off duty? And how much is that meant to excuse your officers even if the said agent was off duty? Does being off duty change the legal status of a criminal? As for our OFFICER, i have no excuses for him, and of course it doesn't change it, but still, if he is bringing friendlies, and coming with friendly means, i would say i would let him stay there for a short while, then he would be asked to leave the system, alone, or by force. If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please, respond via private channels. Admiral Gotti, out. >>>Transmission end>>> To: 41st Liberty Navy Task Force - sadtranslation - 03-18-2012 ![]() Lieutenant Aleesha Cooper to: 41st Liberty Navy Task Force Topic: Re: Total Incompetence. This channel is private enough, Admiral. If the Order agent is approaching your officers "with friendly means", the first thing to do is to question those means as it's something that makes very little sense. The Order doesn't approach us in friendly ways, yet attempting to trick you will be typical from their side. Additionally, the exchange of hostages shouldn't be performed in front of Manhattan, observed by the civilians in the area. This is a very thin ground and I hope not to see the 41st Task Force stepping on it anymore. You should preferably direct any issues regarding the command officers missing in action to Liberty Navy High Command instead of attempting to solve the issue by your own means. The main reason behind it that the Liberty Navy has negotiators with the experience in similar cases - which is necessary when you have to deal with the groups like the Order that attempt to infiltrate the organizations opposed to them and sabotage their operations. I went close to him to scan him and found out the Fleet commander and a cruiser commander. I chosed to demand the release of our commander peacfully so that the fleet commander and the cruiser pilot be handed over safely and without a scratch. The order ship, handed me the Fleet Commander and the cruiser pilot without any hassle, i dropped them at Manhattan immediately. After this, I specifically gave the Order ship, in the presence of Sir Logan, to clear the system asap, before the whole navy comes in. If my actions are imcompetent, then I suggest, Sir Logan's actions are counted in Treason against the NY system & Liberty by being friends with an Order Pilot. Secondly, i've joined the navy recently, so I was not told about the shoot on sight orders against the Order. Feel free for any futher clarifications.
