Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - Wraga - 03-21-2012 So, I'm thinking about ingame features what could be possible by roleplaying, since its a roleplay server. At the moment, I'm in Kansas, and charming by planet Wichita for example. As I see this system is "empty" except a rogue base. But it isnt the important part of my idea. I dont know much about the ingame-roleplay features, so would like to ask about the following. ~If somebody starts to roleplay and build a faction/nation/(insert random idea here) and "earn" officialdom or "respect" in the community roleplay, its possible to buy/roleplay/get a base or planet somehow? If yes, than whats the process of it? Thanks in advance Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - alphadog - 03-21-2012 There's no guide on "how to get a planet"... If you want it... just try it by doing what you think is right. Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - Wraga - 03-21-2012 ' Wrote:There's no guide on "how to get a planet"... Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - alphadog - 03-21-2012 I guess that would help, but like I said, there are no rules or guidelines about that. If you can convince the admins/dev team that you 'deserve' a planet/base... Though I would wait for the upcoming player base function. Having a small station in orbit around the planet would pretty much mean the same as far as in-game usability goes. The rest is just imagination. Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - Dab - 03-21-2012 With the exception of guard systems, players cannot "own" NPC bases or planets officially/rule-wise. Your character might own or rule a planet in-roleplay, but that doesn't equate to having any authority over it from a rule or dev point of view. If you want your character to own a planet, than you need the current owner to give it to you. If there is no current owner, such as with Wichita, you can try to claim it, but I guarantee there will be people or groups that will stop you. Or no one will care about it, as claiming random planets is a rather pointless exercise. Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - Wraga - 03-21-2012 Okhai, thanks for the info guys. Buying/Roleplaying to get a planet - farmerman - 03-21-2012 It would be pretty neat if there was a docking ring styled player base though.
