Last i checked this breaks id' rules If they plan on attacking outcast. sanctionlancer ftw? or ftl? Some kinda violation any how opinions wanted. Rogues can pirate outcast now eh ? - Sarawr!? - 03-22-2012 Last I remember, Outcasts need permission to operate in Liberty from the Rogues. Not sure if that's still in effect, but I think it might be. If you don't have that, they blow you up, or at least, they used to. ' Wrote:http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=121745 Check the allowance list. Specifically the part that says: Quote:Allowance List: This means that Outcast ID players are exempt. You come in a transport, smuggle, snuggle.... what ever. Just don't be pirating on the Rogues turf. Simple. Don't be causing havoc with our lawfuls that will bring your sorry hides running all the way to our bases, endeavouring us to more base spammers. If you think it violates rules, sanctionlancer away! I couldn't care less. ' Wrote:Last I remember, Outcasts need permission to operate in Liberty from the Rogues. Not sure if that's still in effect, but I think it might be. More or less mate, we don't want foreign trouble makers causing us grief. Smugglers are usually quiet and sneaky, not attention whoring. Outcast pirates and fools who wanna stir up a hornets nest in their mates back yard, will get a swift kick up the butt and told to move on. Failure to comply sends you home in a space pod and a mark against ya name. Piss us off too many times, we'll apply an FR5 to help us ensure indy Outcasts and pirate ID'd players keep in line. ' Wrote:http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...p;#entry1724994 That's pretty much spot on too, and indy pirates tend to use our bases as cover. In RP, when you land on our base after being banged up, you spend your credits buying our nano bots, counter measures and missiles and whatever else, your are buying Rogue supplies. Supplies that, in roleplay, are supposed to be hard to come by. Therefore, rich foreigners or nancy boys frollicking in our back yard, using our supplies meant for Rogues, we tend to get pissed off. This is the number one roleplay reason why we hate caps in Liberty. We barely have caps (Official Liberty Rogue lore) and so of course that means supplies are as rare as rocking horse manure. And I mean, you'd be annoyed if some overstayer took the last of your crapper paper too! Rogues can pirate outcast now eh ? - Cond0r - 03-22-2012 Rogues could always shoot Outcasts, dunno where on Earth you heard it was against the rules. You got some good shrooms there. Instead of being a baby about getting killed, you should use common sense. We don't shoo them away. We're also content seeing them in Humboldt. Hackers just seem to be the more <strike>discreet</strike> professional of the bad guys in Liberty EDIT: It's Alte, forgot accounts Rogues can pirate outcast now eh ? - dodike - 03-22-2012 Well, Rogs can and can't shoot Outcasts in Liberty. I guess admins will judge any incident on case by case basis. http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=119042 |
