I am under the impression that zoners can be neutral to everyone but wanted to double check. I know they are default hostile to Gallia like everybody else, but I assume that can also be fixed the same as freelancer and others. Thanks

Nomads, Wilde, NomGuard, Phantoms, and a few hostile to all factions like the Admins and Fugitive are repninjad hostile to Zoners. Beyond that you can ZonerZoner your rep any way you want. I'm not sure Gallia is hostile to Zoners specifically, would have to look that up.

OSI are landing around in Gallia afaik, so that makes Gallia not-rephacked toward zoners.

Yes Zoners are hostile to Gallia Navy and Police.
Take a freelancer id and Gallia is neutral and you take a zoner id then Gallia is hostile.

They are red by default, not rephack. You can shoot Council NPCs and the rep will go up, or take a bribe.
