The player Opeo kills new players infront of planet Erie most of them with level below 30(mostly below even 10) without warning RP or any char attempt. There are only shown 4 kill of Opeo but there are 3 more...
Please do something.

Then someone should contain him until an admin can deal with him. Otherwise new players will have a rather bad experience during their first days.

Mind you, that this topic has been broguht up before by me. If the player is underlevel, you may not touch him even in such a case, rule breaking or not. If you have a navy char, you can deal with him as he is assaulting citizens of Liberty and hopefully he is above 30.
