I ran across this yesterday and I was frankly blown away, this is some very impressive editing that this guy has done for the Death Star attack scene in the first Star Wars movie:

A guy named Adywan supposedly did a re-edit of the whole movie, which I have not seen, but I have seen clips of it on youtube and this is so far the most impressive one I have seen. The dog fight scene in this clip I linked you was probably the most impressive part, basically reworking the whole scene from the ground up.
