On the general statistics it says there's 24 of 'em on the server.
But how come I've never seen one in Lolberty.
Aren't they [HF] only, under the permission of the Lord Commander?
If so, I don't remember the [HF] owning more than 6 or 7 capital ships? Where this 24 number coming from?
And the Arbiter did replace the Spyglass, right? What happened to those who owned the spyglass after the update?

From the old Hacker Battleships that were turned into Arbiters I'm guessing.

They are all lolwut Spyglasses which got turned into Arbiters at 4.86.
We don't have more than 10 Arbiters... In active service.
Edit: the NTF and VR both have one Arbiter each too.

But yet the Admins don't really care about their existence outside of Hellfire?
And for the members inside the Legion, it's still restricted use, right?

All tech is free use, barring some obvious ones like the Battlestar and Phantom stuff.
EDIT: So if you CAN get your hands on it, go nuts.
The HF is obviously not going to be happy with you, though.

No idea what the admins think about that, but the tech nerf should make it an useless battleship with 10% powercore.
And yes, inside the [HF] it is restricted, like in any other faction. Earn a certain rank and you earn access to the caps.

Nomad stuff would come under 'obvious ones'.
The entire point of the nerf system was to lower the amount of work done by the admins, but I also imagine it was because they didn't want to judge people's roleplay anymore, a possibility oft overlooked by those whining about the nerfs.
