I wonder who will be the first to start getting these things...
The Liberty Navy? Rheinland Military? The Order?
So far those seem like the only logical choices as for player groups with the access to the supplies.
And when I say the first to get these things, I mean the first players to build them in the game not just the first lore wise or anything.

Heh it would be weird if they were the first to nab the gizmo, but I guess it makes sense seeing how big and resourceful they can be. I just wonder where they are going to get the nom noms... time to call the BHG Core?

Second thing is if you give me nomad power cells the device would be ready in 2 days. However I does not want to rush things- a bit of calculation first then the bases.
