Moral aspect of using turret zoom in snubs - Swallow - 04-14-2012
So here it goes. What would you advice me to do - keep using TZ, and use it in further encounters outside of the Connecticut (so far I am fighting only there), use it only in self-defence or not use it at all.
For those who is interested in my TZ skills - I used to be in conn under Ruta-Mint name.
So far I am thinking about second and third options, because of complains made by people are mostly high-negative about TZ itself and those who use it. I feel unsure and a bit upset of this, and afraid of what could happen once I will be using it in the inRP territories. :mellow:

It's a game mechanic. Use it.
If people didn't, I could keep soloing gunships in my Sabre. And that's not right.

Of course you should use it in normal pVp fights outside conn, it's been created for a good purpose.

It was not meant for snubs. It was removed in like update 2, and has been stated it was put back in by accident on last update. So i would use it while you, cause it will probably be gone again next update.

I say go for it. Every snub i faced trying to use it in snub on snub fight has died horribly to me. So you are either that good, or the others truely sucked at it.

Well you are pretty deadly in it. I never died to a bomber who shot my sabre down only with hullbusters :-|
TZ is deadly when you know how to do it. But it wont stop the gunboats using it against snubs either.
I just hope TZ will get pretty nerfed or removed due heavy balance issues its causing...

As soon as auto tracking bug is fixed, i am sure many will suddenly find TZ a whole lot less usefull.
