No, you cannot.
I am almost 100% sure all pirate ID's won't let you pirate anyone in a Battleship.
Please use the Help&Tutorial subforum next time; this one is a no-FL and no-Disco zone.

Hmm...no. You cannot really pirate a cap when being in a cap by yourself. >_>
Why should a pirate use a cap anyway? It's rather illogical and ooRP than something we could call RP.

I'm not quite sure if you are really entering into the whole roleplay aspect of things here.

Well, I don't see a single reason why would captain/commander of the battleship try to rob someone for more cash, when he already has everything. Commanders of battleships can't be poor.
