Simple question;
Why did Rheinland get it back? They didn't do anything to earn it back as far as I know, unless you count stopping war-facing Bretonia, and the storyarc for Liberty (something about a trade of Westfalen for half of Munster I heard?) hasn't occurred yet.
Before you Rheinland fanboys tell me you've been winning most of the engagements recently with few losses, I'd like to remind you that not so long ago it was the other way around.
I did receive quite a shock when I undocked my Avenger from Westfalen a few weeks back to find everything shooting liberally in my direction.

I think the base was changed server side and after the latest updates, the changes were not saved and overlooked.

From what I know, loosing the Westfalen was more a punishment for several stupid actions on the player side of things rather than actual plot.

It become very inRP, and part of the storyline. Why it just got back in RM hands? no idea. Mostly when RM loses the war.
As for LD-14, the Kusari Emperor would give it back don't you think? Just like Stokes.

Well, first: the RM keeps winning every battle.
And second: it made absolutly no sense.
Also...balance.
And...Liberty already got enough cool stuff. I think other houses have a right to such things like Virginia, Ellesmere and an Alaska backyard as well.
